

Shooting with the Sigma Art 135mm f/1.8 for Sony Alpha
I purchased the Sigma 135mm f/1.8 Art lens for Sony back in August 2020 and I was so excited to take it out during Nick and Mariah's wedding in rural Indiana. It is a massive lens and a good chunk of change and I wondered if I had lost my mind buying it in the middle of what has been a horrible year for most photographers. But I have around thirty weddings booked for 2021 and I'm looking forward to taking this bad boy out in the field every weekend! For photographers like me


Chelsea and Jordon's Enchanting Engagement Session at Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve in Goshen, KY

Greg and Joy's Family Session | A Warm December Day at Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve
I absolutely loved working with Greg and Joy and their two sons, Kaleo and Kai. We got the dreamiest type of light for their session at Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve in Goshen, Kentucky - a thin layer of clouds over a setting sun which cast an warm, golden glow on my subjects, which makes the lighting part of my job easy! The nature preserve is so beautiful and photogenic even in winter. I actually prefer the brown and tan tones over the summer greens - easier to create beaut
